Shipping and Returns

At Savn Bees, your satisfaction is a very high priority to us! We take great pride in our service and the products we offer and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

We offer a Flat Shipping Rate of  $ 3.95 for Ship To addresses in the Continental U.S. via USPS Standard Shipping Service

 Ship rates to AK and HI are slightly higher and appear as you complete the shipping info. during  checkout.Currently we are not shipping Internationally..

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND SCHEDULE

We are not a drop shipper! All products are exclusively are own and ship from our warehouse in the 43055 zip code area. Orders are primarily shipped via USPS on business days, Monday through Friday. Rates for expedited shipping services are posted with the shipping info. during checkout.

Thank you for your order! The majority of orders are shipped within 1-3 days business days.. “T” Shirts and special marked items may take 2 weeks to ship. Multi item orders which include “T” shirts may be shipped as 2 shipments, with there then being no charge for the delayed shipment of the “T’s”.

If it appears your order will take longer than a week* to ship from the warehouse - which is unusual - we will try to contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed. To cancel an order you must contact us before the order ships. We will issue you a cancellation #, to prevent any confusion should an order ship that has been properly cancelled. For policy after it leaves the warehouse, please see our Return Policy below.

* In some cases we may be aware of a delay in shipping due to heavy demand, in which case we will generally note this on the relevant product page.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is generous and focused on you.  Where necessary, some factors are dependent on the type of product as follows.

General Return Policy

Within 5 days of receiving your order, if, for any reason, our product does not meet your expectations you must notify us  and request a RETURN NUMBER. We will be happy to exchange or fully refund your order, minus shipping costs. Returned items must be unused and unaltered

Sav’n Bees is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping. Take precautions to avoid damage during shipping by packing your return item with the same packaging in which it arrived.

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please get in touch with Customer Service  within 7 days of receiving your order. We will respond with the appropriate instructions for returning your item(s). Items returned without a properly marked Return Number (R.N) on the returned package will not be accepted.    

Issue of Refund

Refunds on return orders, minus return shipping costs, will be processed upon receipt and verification of the item(s) at our suppliers location, in the condition described by the policy above.

DAMAGED & MISSING ITEMS

We encourage you to open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. If the package is visibly damaged from the outside, please take pictures of the damage and shipping label before opening the package. Should there be internal damage to the product, again, please take pictures of any of the damaged products for verification.

After you provide the images and we have verified the damage, we can process the exchange and a replacement  product will be sent to you at no cost.
